Stonegate Real Estate Services Inc is a licensed full-service real estate brokerage, offering residential and commercial services with a heavy emphasis on Property Management.
We are currently managing over 500 properties and are expecting to grow out portfolio to 600 properties by the end of 2023.

Our policy at StoneGate Property Management is to handle any service issues as quickly as possible. In many situations, we can have service personnel arrive within a day. We maintain constant communication with you throughout the maintenance request and help you in every way we can within your lease arrangement.

At StoneGate, we strive to place the best tenants in our owners’ properties. Along with tenant screening, we do thorough walk-throughs before and after a tenant moves, occasional check-ins, and timely rent collection. We also perform fast & efficient maintenance services to maintain the property and offer 24/7 emergency services in the event of water damage or other critical issues.
Ultimately, we find that by placing great tenants, we get better results because they take care of the home better and alert us of any large issues in a timely manner.
Our rate is 8% of any rent collected. We will handle the collection and distribution process to make it as simple as possible for you, the owner.
